Changing quest display to 400m
FIX size modifier of weapons
FIX Dialogue Skipping
Disable Pause Game on Cutscene
Increase camera clipping distance to 1m
increase camera clipping distance for skills
ADD some skill UIs
ADD boundaries of the Elk map
